Vietnam Property Check ("Service") provides information about Vietnamese real estate projects sourced from publicly available government databases. The Service does not provide legal advice, financial advice, or property brokerage services. All information is provided for informational purposes only.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy by sourcing directly from official Vietnamese government portals. However, government data may lag behind actual project status. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information provided. Users should always verify critical information with the relevant Vietnamese government authority or a licensed property lawyer before transacting.
Nothing on this platform constitutes legal or financial advice. Reports generated by the Service are informational tools only. You should not make any property purchase decision based solely on information provided by this Service. Always consult a qualified Vietnamese property lawyer before signing any purchase agreement or transferring funds.
One-time report purchases ($19) are non-refundable once the report has been successfully generated and delivered. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. If a report fails to generate due to a technical issue on our end, we will provide a full refund or regenerate the report at no charge.
Free accounts are limited to 3 property checks per calendar month. Limits reset on the first of each month. We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits with reasonable notice. Automated or bulk use of the free tier is prohibited.
You may not use the Service to: (a) scrape or bulk-extract data for resale or redistribution; (b) misrepresent data from our reports as independently sourced; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (d) attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vietnam Property Check shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or property resulting from your use of or reliance on the Service.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is unavailable, the courts of competent jurisdiction. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally before initiating formal proceedings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
